You’ll first need to book an appointment to view and try on our gowns in person. During your session, our stylist will guide you through our collection and help you select a gown or gown category that best suits your style and budget. Once confirmed, we’ll handle fitting and cleaning for your big day.

Our standard rental period is 4 days (including collection and return day). Extended rentals for pre-wedding shoots can be arranged with an additional fee.

Yes. Gloves, Veil and Petticoat are included for selected designs as part of your gown rental package, so you don’t have to rent them separately.

Minor wear or light stains are covered under normal use. However, significant damage (e.g., rips, burns, or deep stains) may result in repair or cleaning charges. Each case will be assessed fairly. 

Yes. A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required once you confirm your gown(s). The remaining balance is payable upon gown collection.

We currently do not cater to plus-size gowns. Our available sizes typically range from UK 4 to UK 12, depending on the design.

Yes. Selected gowns from each category are available for purchase. You may discuss purchase options with our stylist during your appointment.
